Teton Range-Range Series
Our "Topographic Map of the Teton Range" illustrates the entire mountain range through contour lines. We believe ours is the first map of the whole range with this degree of detail and accuracy from the eastern edge of Idaho and throughout western Wyoming. The map outlines the Grand Teton National Park border while depicting the landscape through elevation contour lines, and showing all of the rivers and lakes.
Each maps combines the data of hundreds of smaller USGS quadrant maps to form detailed constructions of mountain ranges. Due to the nature of the maps as art pieces, we simplified them by only including natural features; there are no roads, cities or towns, or other man-made elements on the maps except for the trail. Contour lines are closer together, and many times touching each other, in areas of steeper elevation changes.
We print all of our designs ourselves on the highest quality materials made in the USA. We use an award winning Canon ipf8400 printer with their 12 color inkset to get the most vibrant colors that will last a lifetime.
