Did you receive one or our 3D maps without a frame? Don't worry, follow the instructions below to order.
Instructions to Order:
You may ship the map back to us to be professionally framed in our shop, or DIY with all of the components necessary to complete. Although, we recommend shipping your map back so we can complete the process with specialized tools, most people are more than capable of doing a great job at home.
Once you have completed your order, we will email you to confirm the map that you have and supply you with a shipping label (if needed).
* You can include the name of the map in the order comment section at checkout to expedite the process.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping times:
-For "Ship back to Muir Way" allow 3-4 weeks from the day we receive the map.
-For DIY, allow 3-4 weeks from day you order.
Returns:
We do not accept returns of frames. They are handmade to order. If there is a problem with the frame or order, please let us know so we can help correct it.
