We consider our maps to be works of art, so we print and frame them accordingly. We offer two choices of print surfaces: fine-art archival paper and stretched canvas.
Every map is custom printed. We have no inventory. Only when we receive your order do we produce your print on our 12-color giclée printer, using top-quality archival inks that will never fade.
Fine Art Paper-Map is 16" x 20" on 18" x 24" archival paper that is museum-quality, 100% cotton, acid-free, and certified to last 100 years. This assures sharp details, true colors, and exceptional durability. The additional white border on the archival paper helps with framing and brings the final size to 18" x 24".
Canvas Gallery Wrap-If you prefer a frameless look, order your map on stretched canvas, which offers a bit more depth and texture. We use archival canvas, gallery-wrapped and varnished, stretched onto a 1.5-inch-thick wood frame.
Reclaimed-Wood Frame-Handmade in Michigan utilizing wood salvaged from a historic mill in Detroit, that is oiled to bring out the natural beauty of the wood. The frames have a 1.75" face and 0.75" rough-cut sides with a size of 16" x 22".
Black Frame-For a cleaner aesthetic, we offer a simple matte black wood frame. They have a 1.25" face and 1" sides with a size of 15" x 21".
