FREE SHIPPING on maps and prints over $49 within the USA
We take pride in our prints and package them with utmost care, ensuring your order arrives safely and in excellent condition. Of course, we can not account for everything that may occur during transit which can damage your order. But rest assured, if your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please email us at info@muir-way.com with pictures of the damage, and we will replace it for you.
SHIPPING TIMES
Domestic Shipping:
All of our maps are printed to order so you receive a perfect print.
Unframed paper prints - 3-7 business days
Framed prints - 3-4 weeks
Yes, but we are only able to ship our paper prints. We do not ship the canvas gallery wraps or framed prints internationally at this time. Shipping costs are determined at checkout along with Duties/Taxes for your country. No more costs will be due upon delivery. We do not accept returns on International shipments.
RETURN POLICY
We stand by everything we print and will accept returns within 30 days of purchasing your unframed print. There are NO restocking fees; however, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Returned prints must be in new condition and packaged as they were shipped. Any additional Shipping Insurance purchased is not refundable. Please email us at info@muir-way.com with the order # to receive detailed instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted and do not guarantee a refund.
If prints are shipped back to us and are not in new condition, we offer a store credit or can return them to you.
*Framed Prints and Canvas Gallery Wraps – We do not accept returns or exchanges on framed prints and canvas gallery wraps because they are custom made to order. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, please email us at info@muir-way.com so we can correct it for you.
