We take pride in our prints and package them with the utmost care so your order arrives safely and in great condition. Of course, we can not account for everything that may occur during transit which can damage your order. But rest assured, if your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the damage and we will replace it for you.

Christmas Deliveries: We are not responsible for unexpected delays caused by USPS/UPS/FedEx after we have shipped your order. We make our best effort to ship according to the transit times guaranteed by the carrier and leave an extra day of cushion in case of delay. We apologize if a delay by the carrier has caused your order to arrive late.
All of our maps are printed to order so you receive a perfect print. Please allow following times to receive your order.
Shipping within the USA:
We ship USPS Priority for Paper Prints and UPS/FedEx for Framed Prints within the USA.
Shipping to Canada:
Most Canadian orders are shipped via our distributor in Canada so there will be no import/duty taxes added. Some items will ship from the USA and may have import/duty taxes added when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient. If the duties and taxes are not paid, the package will be considered abandoned by the shipper. We will NOT issue refunds for any package not returned to Muir Way.
Framed Prints can not be shipped to Canada.
Yes, but unfortunately we are only able to ship our paper prints. We do not ship the canvas gallery wraps or framed prints internationally at this time. You will be responsible for any Duties and Taxes imposed by your Government.
We stand by everything we print and will accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your Fine Art Paper print. There are NO restocking fees but return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Returned prints must be in new condition and packaged as they were shipped. Please email us at email@example.com the order # to receive detailed instructions and a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted and do not guarantee a refund.
*Framed Prints and Canvas Gallery Wraps – We do not accept returns or exchanges on framed prints and canvas gallery wraps because they are custom made to order. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can correct it for you.
