We take pride in our prints and package them with the utmost care so your order arrives safely and in great condition. Of course, we can not account for everything that may occur during transit which can damage your order. But rest assured, if your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the damage and we will replace it for you.
How long does it take to get my print?
All of our maps are printed to order so you receive a perfect print. Please allow 2-5 additional days of transit time to the below fulfillment windows.
Shipping within the USA:
We ship USPS Priority for Paper Prints and UPS/FedEx for Framed Prints within the USA.
Shipping to Canada:
We ship USPS Priority/Canada Post to Canada. Customs and other import duties/fees may be charged to Canadian orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient. If the duties and taxes are not paid, the package will be considered abandoned by the shipper. We will NOT issue refunds for any package not returned to Muir Way.
Yes, but unfortunately we are only able to ship our paper prints. We do not ship the canvas gallery wraps or framed prints internationally at this time. You will be responsible for any Duties and Taxes imposed by your Government.
What is your return policy?
We stand by everything we print and will accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your order. There are NO restocking fees but return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Returned items must be in new condition and packaged as they were shipped. Please email us at email@example.com the order # to receive detailed instructions and a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted and do not guarantee a refund.
T-shirts may be exchanged, not refunded, for another size or store credit.
