RETURN POLICY
We stand by everything we print and will accept returns within 30 days of purchasing your unframed print. There are no restocking fees; however, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Any additional Shipping Insurance purchased is non-refundable. Returned prints must be in new condition and packaged as they were shipped. Please email us at info@muir-way.com with the order # to receive detailed instructions and a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, and refunds are not guaranteed.
If prints are shipped back to us and are not in new condition, we offer a store credit or can return them to you.
*Framed Prints and Canvas Gallery Wraps – We do not accept returns or exchanges on framed prints and canvas gallery wraps because they are custom made to order. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, please email us at info@muir-way.com so we can correct it for you.
