New Hampshire and Vermont 1883 Map
We love old maps. Their coloration, typography, legends, notations, and sometimes even outdated place names all have a nostalgic quality that gives them a special beauty. If you share our love for vintage maps, you’ll appreciate this 1883 New Hampshire and Vermont Map in our Historic Series.
This map was made by George Cram and originally published in Cram's Unrivaled Family Atlas of the World in 1883.

Exactly as advertised - a nice wall piece that stands up at any distance.
Renders two of my favorite states on sturdy cardstock, with an abundance of place names and rail lines that I wish still had passenger service.
Topography is not the focus of the map, but I enjoy the depiction of the Whites and Greens nonetheless.
Only quibble is that the borders of water bodies are rendered in two lines (blue and black) that don't quite match up, but this only really adds to the charm for me.
