This is a reproduction print of the 1904 Geologic map of the Excelsior Geyser Basin of Yellowstone created by the USGS. The Geologist in charge of this work was Arnold Hague which was printed by Julies Bien and Co. The topography is shown with contour lines in 100-foot intervals, overlaid in color indicating 26 different rock types and faults.

We take pride in our prints and package them with the utmost care so your order arrives safely and in great condition. Of course, we can not account for everything that may occur during transit which can damage your order. But rest assured, if your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please email us at info@muir-way.com with pictures of the damage and we will replace it for you. 

SHIPPING TIMES

Domestic Shipping:

All of our maps are printed to order so you receive a perfect print. Please allow following times to receive your order.

  • Paper Prints: 3-7 business days
  • Framed Paper Prints: 3-4 weeks
  • Canvas Gallery Wraps: 3-7 business days

    International Shipping:

    Yes, but we are only able to ship our paper prints.  We do not ship the canvas gallery wraps or framed prints internationally at this time.   Shipping costs are determined at checkout along with Duties/Taxes for your country. No more costs will be due upon delivery. We do not accept returns on International shipments.

      RETURN POLICY

      We stand by everything we print and will accept returns within 30 days of purchasing your Fine Art Paper print. There are NO restocking fees but return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Returned prints must be in new condition and packaged as they were shipped. Any additional Shipping Insurance purchased in not refundable. Please email us at info@muir-way.comwith the order # to receive detailed instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted and do not guarantee a refund.

      *Framed Prints and Canvas Gallery Wraps – We do not accept returns or exchanges on framed prints and canvas gallery wraps because they are custom made to order.  If your order arrives damaged or wrong, please email us at info@muir-way.com so we can correct it for you.

        Beautiful, High Quality Print

        I fell in love with the intricate technicality of the print but that it also has a very simple abstract geometric quality to it as a first read. To top it off its a very high quality print on beautiful heavy weight paper.

        Will definitely be buying more prints from Muir Way in the future!
