We created this map with the illusion of 3D by applying Digital Elevation Data and meticulously adding shaded relief to the landscape of the original 1977 California Geological map. The shading is printed on the paper and not a result of the map protruding from the surface.

Please Note: Text on the map can be difficult to read due to the small font size and the age of the map. In areas where the relief shading covers the text, the underlying text is not legible. We suggest the largest size map for better details though the text may still be covered in the darker areas.

Every map is custom printed. We have no inventory. Only when we receive your order do we produce your print on our 12-color giclée printer, using top-quality archival inks that will never fade.

RETURN POLICY

We stand by everything we print and will accept returns within 30 days of purchasing your Fine Art Paper print. There are NO restocking fees but return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Returned prints must be in new condition and packaged as they were shipped. Please email us at info@muir-way.comwith the order # to receive detailed instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted and do not guarantee a refund.

Awesome customer experience and quality

I’ve been eyeing these posters for a while and decided to take the plunge when I got a new apartment. It’s been an amazing piece of art and conversation piece and I feel like I learn something every day looking at it. It’s printed on high quality stock and it looks identical to the picture shown. The shape of the poster is non-standard, but it looks very good in a slightly oversized frame. Poster shipped from Southern California and arrived in just under two days (honestly, a very pleasant surprise).

I’d highly recommend these to anybody who needs some new creative art and likes maps. The only problem you’ll have is that you’ll want to buy more.
